Refund Policy

Chosen Growth Refund Policy

Please be aware of the Chosen Growth Refund Policy:

Due to the fixed and administrative expenses associated with operating Chosen Growth events/clinics, the following payment and refund policy applies to ALL applications/registrations:

A minimum $50 non-refundable processing fee will be charged on all refunds. A doctor's note is required for refunds requested due to injury. To be eligible for a refund you must contact us BY EMAIL at least 7 days prior to the start of the event or clinic. If you contact us within 7 days or less from the start of the event or clinic you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Chosen Growth reserves the right to issue any refund for any amount for special circumstances.

Weather Policy:

There is a chance for cancellation due to inclement weather. If Chosen Growth and/or the facility has to cancel due to inclement weather an alternative date will be provided to all registrants.
